We have an exciting position available for just the right person! As a Customer Service Representative you will put your excellent skills and experience into play taking care of our awesome customers and our talented technicians! For this relationship to work you must have some experience as both a CSR and dispatcher but that can be in any of the service industries-heating, air, plumbing, electrical or handyman!

To our customers, we have always been essential! We are Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Cape Fear and we’ve been making homes flowing and clean in Brunswick County and Wilmington for years! We need you to be as committed to excellence as we are, and as our customers have come to expect.
What kind of person are you?
· You know stuff. Particularly about home services.
· You can think yourself out of a box, a corner, or a problem.
· You give good phone-call after call after call.
· You take direction well but you don’t sit around waiting for it.
· You know computers. Really well. Preferably you have knowledge of ServiceTitan and Google calendar but if not, you can learn quick like!
What does a CSR Do?
· You’re going to be talking to customers and technicians. A lot.
· You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment (roller skates not required).
· You’ll schedule everything from service calls to maintenance and inspections.
· You’ll follow up on estimates, quotes, maintenance, and membership agreements.
· You’ll play ‘monkey in the middle’ between technicians and customers.
· You’ll be available to work late when needed (summer months are the busiest).
