Position Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You’ll handle inbound calls, make outbound calls, schedule appointments, and support both our customers and field team to ensure a smooth experience from first call to job completion.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Make outbound calls to current customers
- Schedule inspections, repairs, and follow-up appointments
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about next steps and timelines
- Coordinate with sales and production teams
- Update customer information and notes accurately
- Provide friendly, professional service at every touchpoint

- Customer service or call-center experience preferred (home services is a plus)
- Strong communication and phone skills
