- Consult on water qaulity leads and sales appointments. Help grow our ever expanding water quality sales team
- Diagnose issues of customers' homes to include repiping, water heaters, sewer replacements, galvanized lines, rerouting, and more
- Drive new sales while maintaining the company’s standards for integrity and customer care
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that generate high, referral-based sales
- Confidently present product solutions using product knowledge and sales expertise
- Educate potential customers on the value of our services, including special promotions, financing options, etc.
- Accurately document services performed and recommendations using required forms and reports
- Attend scheduled appointments with customers and provide professional, solutions-based guidance
- Represent the company in a manner that aligns with our core values and exceptional customer service
- 2-3 years of sales experience (plumbing and/or water treatment highly desired)
- 3-5 years in the plumbing industry to include knowledge of plumbing codes
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing license is a bonus but not required
- Exceptional listening skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with effective presentation skills
- High integrity and the capability to promote a positive company image
- Results-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Willingness to work in tight spaces and at heights, including attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs, in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet)
