Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and confidently recommend the best solutions
- Drive sales of phones, accessories, repairs, and protection plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Learn and explain product features, promotions, and pricing
- Assist with daily store operations such as inventory and POS transactions
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
