Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and answer questions about our offerings with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using hand written tickets.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales, utilizing knowledge of specials and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring sanitation standards are met throughout your shift.
- Assist with food handling, preparation, and basic food safety practices to support kitchen staff when needed.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing concerns promptly and fostering positive guest relations.
- Support other team members during busy periods, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, but not entirely necessary.
- Experience with culinary activities, food handling, sanitation practices, or kitchen work is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or transactions efficiently during busy hours.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling, sales techniques, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food preparation procedures is advantageous.

Pay: $5.00 - $15.00 per hour
