Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and build rapport.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or banquets.
- Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage pairings to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to food safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
