Duties
- Engage with potential customers through cold calling and in-person meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and share best practices for success.
- Conduct inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the supply chain team as necessary.
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and tools is a plus.
- Basic math skills for managing sales transactions and inventory control are essential.
- A proactive approach to cold calling and lead generation is highly desirable.
