We're hiring Moving Crew members who can handle the physical side of the job and be personable/tolerant with customers. Every job puts you in a different home, with different customers, in a different neighborhood and we need crew members who're capable of being professional, patient, and respectful in every single one.
Prior moving experience isn't required, but this isn't a job for everyone. We're looking for people who align with what this business runs on: customer satisfaction and hard work. While it isn't required, it will weigh on the decision for candidacy if present.
We're trusted to safely handle, load, transport, and unload our customers' cherished, hard-earned belongings. We expect you to treat the client, your teammates, and everything on the job with that same level of respect and care.
This role includes MANDATORY driving. A clean driving record is a major factor in candidacy — an MVR check is part of the hiring process.
Duties
- Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using proper lifting technique, dollies, and straps
- Drive company box trucks on local routes (standard driver's license — CDL not required), following all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Pack, wrap, and secure items to prevent damage in transit
- Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors throughout the move
- Follow the foreman's direction on the job, including packing strategy and load order
Experience & Requirements
- Moving or warehouse experience preferred, not required — paid training provided
- Valid WA driver's license with a record that passes an MVR check; box truck or CDL experience a plus
- Able to perform heavy lifting consistently and safely throughout the day
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
