Job description:
The ideal candidate should have at least a basic understanding of the following:
- Appliance installation (e.g. microwaves, dishwashers, garbage disposals)
- Roofing (minor repairs, patches, sealing)
- Carpentry (trim, framing, cabinets)
- Drywall (hanging, patching, mudding)
- Painting (interior and exterior)
- Flooring (LVP installation, subfloor repair)
- Leak detection and repair
- Basic plumbing (fixture replacements, toilet installs, faucet repairs)
- Basic electrical

- Comfortable working in a faith-based environment
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Experience with home repairs and handyman work
- Doesn’t need to own every tool — but pay reflects what you bring to the table
