Job description:
The ideal candidate should have at least a basic understanding of the following:
- Appliance installation (e.g. microwaves, dishwashers, garbage disposals)
- Roofing (minor repairs, patches, sealing)
- Basic Carpentry
- Drywall (hanging, patching, mudding)
- Painting (interior and exterior)
- Flooring (LVP installation, subfloor repair)
- Leak detection and repair
- Basic plumbing (fixture replacements, toilet installs, faucet repairs)
This Job is for a base contract and will have off on federal holidays, all weekends and have an opportunity to grow into a team leadership role. Ideal Team Leader candidates will lead their own team on base within 6-9 months from start.
This position offers a variety of work — you’ll be doing something different yet familiar every day. Flexibility and a willingness to learn are just as important as current skill level.
