Job Overview
Mr Keys Locksmith LLC is growing, and we're looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Mobile Locksmith Technicians throughout East Tennessee.
No previous locksmith experience is required! We provide hands-on training for the right candidates.
This is a field-based position where you will travel to customers, solve problems, and provide professional locksmith services.
We offer a commission-based compensation structure, meaning your earnings are directly connected to the jobs you complete. The more successful service calls you handle, the greater your earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Respond to mobile locksmith service calls throughout the assigned service area.
- Perform automotive, residential, and commercial lockouts.
- Cut and program automotive keys, remotes, and transponder keys.
- Rekey, repair, replace, and install residential and commercial locks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot lock, key, and ignition-related problems.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
- Operate locksmith tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures.
- Learn new locksmith skills and techniques through hands-on training.
Requirements
- No previous locksmith experience required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable traveling throughout East Tennessee.
- Previous experience in locksmithing, automotive work, maintenance, or other hands-on technical fields is a plus.
