Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The cashier plays a key role in ensuring smooth customer service, handling transactions, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude
- Accurately take customer orders and enter them into the POS system
- Process payments (cash, credit, online orders) efficiently and accurately
- Answer customer questions about the menu and make recommendations
- Assist with packing takeout orders neatly and correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Help with light restaurant tasks as needed (e.g., restocking sauces, utensils)
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and dependable
Work Hours:
Part-time; must be available for evenings and weekends.
