Bilingual Delivery Driver / Helper (English–Spanish)
Location: Columbus, OH
Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Pay: $160–$180 per day (based on experience and performance)
We are a growing delivery and installation company looking for a reliable and responsible bilingual (English–Spanish) driver/helper to join our team.
This position requires strong responsibility, punctuality, and communication skills. We are looking for someone serious about work and long-term consistency.
Responsibilities
- Drive box truck or assist driver on delivery routes
- Load, unload, and help with furniture/appliance deliveries
- Communicate with customers in basic to intermediate English
- Follow daily route schedules and instructions
- Work as part of a team and maintain a professional attitude
Requirements
- English required (must be able to communicate with customers)
- Spanish required
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous delivery or moving experience preferred
- Physically able to lift heavy items
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse
- Punctuality and responsibility are mandatory

- Payment is per day, not hourly
- Reliability is critical: if you accept the job, you are expected to show up
- A minimum notice is required if you are unable to work (advance notice expected)
- No call / no show situations are grounds for termination
