Sales and Customer Service Representative

Our Sales and Service Representatives will serve as primary points of contact for prospective as well as current customers. 

Performs customer service duties including, but not limited to, the following: 
   o Actively promotes and sells services to new and existing customers 
   o Responds to phone and online inquiries on services
   o Makes customer calls prior to service visits
   o Helps resolve customer issues and answers billing questions
   o Makes follow up calls on service visits 
   o Promotes customer relations and sales activities 
   o Performs data entry and word processing 
   o Maintains databases associated with customer information 
   o Completes and maintains periodic reports 

This is front office work that requires extensive customer interaction on the phone, and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.    We are a local Mr. Handyman franchise, with a focus on "smaller" projects in the size range of a few hours to a few weeks.  We're looking for Sales and Customer Service Reps with experience. Due to substantial customer contact, a clear voice with strong communication skills is a requirement.   What we offer:

Compensación: $24, $32,000.00 per year
