Job Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in household repair, maintenance, remodeling, and/or construction
- Own your own tools
- Insurable for driving the company vehicle
- Pass a background and driving record check
- Able to lift 50 pounds independently
- Able to work safely at heights and overhead for extended periods
- Professional appearance
Proficiency in at least three (3) of the following:
- Carpentry Work – rough and trim
- Bathroom Improvements/Remodeling
- Kitchen Improvements/Remodeling
- Painting – inside and outside
- Drywall Work – minor and major repairs
- General Plumbing and Electrical (where allowed by law)
- Floor Installation and Refurbishing
- Familiarity with building codes
