Position Summary
Mr. Handyman is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Professional to perform a wide range of residential and commercial repair and maintenance services. This role is ideal for a multi-skilled trades professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
ü Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing, and light electrical.
ü Diagnose issues on-site and recommend effective repair solutions.
ü Complete work efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company quality standards.
ü Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and office staff.
ü Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
ü Manage tools, materials, and company equipment responsibly.
ü Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications
ü 10 experience as a handyman, service technician, or multi-skilled trades professional.
ü Strong working knowledge of common residential and commercial repair methods.
ü Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
ü Ownership of professional-grade tools appropriate for a variety of jobs.
ü Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to operate a company vehicle.
ü Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work at heights or overhead as required.
ü Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Pay & Benefits
ü Commission-based pay: Earn $50,000-$70,000/ year.
ü Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
ü iPad and job management technology provided.
ü Office team handles customer calls and scheduling.
ü Benefits may include PTO, 401(k), medical, dental, and vision (location dependent).
