Customer Service Representative
As a key member of the team, you will represent Mr. Handyman on customer calls, handling service requests and complaints while exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people, driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, effectively managing a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen, ask questions, determine customer needs, and be the solution.
- Close and book service calls and dispatch technicians.
- Perform marketing functions to sell additional work and earn business.
- Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory.
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of social media platforms, CRM/scheduling applications, and the Microsoft suite of applications.
- Experience with ServiceTitan CRM is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
- A team player who can work independently.
- Construction experience is a strong plus.
