What You'll Do
- Complete residential and light commercial repair and improvement projects safely and efficiently
- Perform work in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, and other general maintenance trade areas
- Diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions for our customers
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service
- Manage daily job assignments while working independently in the field
- Ensure projects are completed to high-quality standards

What We're Looking For
- At least 8 years of paid experience in residential and or light commercial construction, remodeling, maintenance, or related trades
- Strong skills in multiple trade areas such as carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, tile work, and other general trade skills. Extra consideration may be given for experience in basic electrical and plumbing skill areas.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills
- Personal hand and power tools required
- Residence in Gloucester County or Salem County, New Jersey preferred
