Compensation: $27 /hr depending on skills and reliability

We are an established, local, growing home improvement, repair, and maintenance company that puts great culture first. We are hiring experienced carpenters, drywallers, tilers, and handymen to complete small to mid-size maintenance, repair, and home improvement projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in solving problems for customers, and likes variety in their day-to-day work. You must have a positive attitude and pay attention to details.

Handyman Technician

Primary Scope

• General handyman repairs and maintenance
• Carpentry and framing
• Door installation and repairs
• Drywall repair and installation
• Exterior repairs to soffits, fascia and siding
• Multi-trade punch list work
  
  
  

Ideal Skills

• Strong, multi-skilled handyman background
• Strong carpentry background
• Comfortable being client-facing and confidently explaining work to customers
• Ability to accurately estimate time needed on various tasks
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage time across projects
• Can communicate well and document work completed
• Finishes work with details and keeps customers happy
  
  
  

We fill the schedule; you perform quality work, manage your time, and take great care of our clients. We provide the company van, gas, maintenance, and insurance - you take it home and take care of it. Great company culture and strong core values.

We're looking for people who are reliable, positive, and growth-oriented - comfortable doing the work themselves and able to clearly explain what's involved to our customers.

You must have:

• 10-20 years of paid experience minimum
• A clean criminal background
• A clean driving record
• Your own tools
• Live within the area
