We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely or in a hybrid setting. In this role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful face for our clients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting our operational team. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help us deliver exceptional service while maintaining efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a positive attitude
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely arrivals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service details using ServiceTitan
• Assist with follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or sales. Home improvement experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environmen
