You've been doing this for 10 years or more.
You know your way around a house.
You can look at a problem figure it out and fix it without somebody standing over your shoulder.

What You Need To Know
We're not looking for someone who only knows one thing.
We need someone with several trades under their belt.
You Should Be Comfortable With Things Like
But You Better Know How To Figure Things Out.
THE KIND OF PERSON WE WANT
You've got 10 years of hands-on experience.
You've built things.
You've fixed things.
You've torn things apart and figured out how to put them back together.
You take pride in your work.
You show up on time.
You have your own tools.
You don't need someone watching over you all day.
And when you tell a homeowner you'll take care of something...
You take care of it.
You must have a valid driver's license and live in Northern Virginia.
WE BRING THE WORK

Our office handles the phones scheduling and customers.
