- Carpentry, trim and general wood repairs
- Drywall repairs, patching and painting
- Doors, locks, hinges and hardware
- Light plumbing and electrical repairs within your qualifications
- Flooring and tile repairs
- Office and retail renovations
- Tenant improvements and interior upgrades
- General building maintenance and repairs

- Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends when needed
- Must live in Northern Virginia, preferably within our service area from Arlington to Haymarket
- Fluent English required
