We handle those responsibilities so you can focus on what you do best.

You'll work independently on most projects, with the support of an experienced team for larger or more complicated jobs. Our professional office staff manages scheduling, administration, and much of the customer coordination.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly alike. Our customers count on us for a wide variety of home repairs, improvements, and remodeling projects.

Typical work includes:

• Carpentry, trim installation, door repairs and replacements
• Drywall repair, installation, finishing, and painting
• Flooring installation and repairs
• Deck repairs, wood rot replacement, and exterior carpentry
• Bathroom updates and smaller remodeling projects
• General home maintenance and improvement projects
• Diagnosing problems, recommending solutions, and preparing estimates
• Completing projects professionally, efficiently, and with attention to detail

Most jobs are completed independently, but you're never on your own when you need advice, another set of hands, or help solving a challenge.

We're especially interested in candidates who have built a career in the trades and genuinely enjoy both the technical and personal sides of the work.

Experience & Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional remodeling or related multi-trade experience required
• Strong working knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring
• Ability to diagnose repairs and estimate labor and material requirements
• Experience working independently in occupied homes
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage your workday and complete projects efficiently
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Own professional hand and power tools
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience across multiple trades is important. You don't have to be an expert at everything, but you should be highly capable in several areas and willing to tackle a variety of projects.

Pay: $30.85 - $42.55 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 42.0 per week
