Skilled Carpentry/Handyman professional, and organized tradesmen with approx. 5 years of paid professional experience. Must have a solid skill set and experience across a broad range of home maintenance, commercial repair. Must enjoy variety. Skills such as building maintenance, carpentry, finish carpentry, flooring, drywall repair, tile, plumbing and electrical are desired. The technician must be responsible, reliable, friendly, flexible, personable, and enjoy problem solving. The technician must be proactive, able to take ownership, take pride in their work, and provide quality results.

Requirements:

- Have a solid set of personal tools. Company will supply ladders and larger specialized tools.

- Must be friendly, enjoy people, and demonstrate good clean appearance.
