Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, fixture installation, and general repair work
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Troubleshoot problems and recommend practical solutions
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and business owners
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service on every job
• Follow company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 3 years of paid experience in residential or commercial maintenance, remodeling, or repair
• Strong skills in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
