What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers needing home repair or maintenance services.
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy; schedule service appointments.
- Use our CRM software to accurately update customer information (training provided).
- Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and clear next steps.
- Work side-by-side with technicians and office staff to keep jobs running smoothly.
- Support both our customers and your fellow team members — we succeed together.

What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of customer service experience (office, retail, call center, or service-based).
- Experience in or comfort with the home services or repair industry is a big plus.
- Strong communicator — friendly, clear, and professional on the phone.
- Comfortable using business software or learning new systems.
- A natural collaborator who enjoys being part of a team.
