Customer Concierge/Inside Sales

• Manage leads from from inbound calls, emails, chat's and walk-in business
• Present and sell home improvement services to new and existing customers
• Book and schedule sold business ... manage schedule changes as needed
• Follow-up on un-booked leads
• Call customers after service to ensure their satisfaction
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Clean voice and excellent verbal communication skills
• Previous experience with inside sales, account management, or related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong technology skills - we run a variety of software programs
• Ability to build rapport with clients / strong negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, with strong multi-taking skills
• Prior home improvement industry experience a plus
• Prior schedule management and dispatch experience a plus
