We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this paid role, you will be the friendly face of our company, providing exceptional customer support while assisting with marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help drive customer satisfaction and support our marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist in managing multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media advertising campaigns and email marketing efforts.
• Support the creation of engaging content for websites, social media, and promotional materials using copywriting and content marketing techniques.
• Help implement marketing automation tools to streamline outreach and lead nurturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing project management, demand generation marketing, and product promotions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Contribute to research activities to identify new market opportunities and optimize advertising sales strategies.

Skills

• Proficiency in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to enhance online visibility.
• Experience with multichannel marketing including social media marketing and digital advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, WordPress, HTML, and web analytics reporting tools.
• Excellent content writing, copywriting, and research skills to develop compelling marketing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills with experience managing or collaborating within marketing, advertising or public relations teams.
• Knowledge of performance marketing, B2B (business-to-business) marketing, e-commerce strategies, and demand generation techniques.
• Skills in Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, Facebook Advertising campaigns, and sales support activities.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
