What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative position at Mr. Handyman of Greater Newton?
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team!
You must be available Monday - Thursday 12 PM- 6PM, and Saturday 9 AM- 2 PM. Once trained, the role will be hybrid, 3 days remote , 2 days in office.
Approximately 30 hours / week, although exact schedule may be flexible. For the right candidate this will blossom into a full time position.
Responsibilities
1. Scheduling and Lead Management– you will be responsible for client communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals.
2. Managing Expectations with Clients– You’ll guide clients through their projects and manage their expectations.
3. Create Life-Long Clients – You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way and consistently deliver a great experience that wows every client.
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and service request in Service Titan.

Highly organized and a self-starter
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
*Not required but a plus if you have experience with Service Titan.
Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
