You'll work closely with our customers, service professionals, and leadership team to keep our operation running smoothly while helping convert opportunities into sales.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to online inquiries.
- Build customer relationships and schedule appointments.
- Prepare estimates and help customers move forward with recommended work.
- Follow up on unsold estimates and outstanding leads.
- Keep technicians' schedules full and productive.
- Coordinate daily schedules and adjust routes as needed.
- Ensure customers receive exceptional communication throughout their projects.
- Request and collect 5-star customer reviews.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and social media content.
- Maintain an organized, professional office and storage area.
- Occasionally assist in the field with light lifting, deliveries, or other support when needed.
- Work with leadership to meet monthly sales and performance goals.
- This is an in-office position in Olathe, KS
- Enjoys talking with people and providing exceptional customer service.
- Is confident asking for the sale and following up with customers.
- Is highly organized and can manage multiple priorities.
- Thinks proactively and solves problems independently.
- Is comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
- Communicates professionally in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Takes ownership of results rather than simply completing tasks.
- Works well as part of a team while remaining self-motivated.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

- Competitive hourly pay - $20/hour plus bonus opportunity
- Most successful team members earn up to $24/hour with bonuses.
