Perform a wide variety of home repairs and maintenance for residential customers, including:
- Carpentry, drywall repair & patching
- Painting (interior/exterior)
- Minor plumbing and electrical work
- Door/window repairs, flooring, assembly, and general maintenance
- Customer communication and job completion with high quality standards
- 2 years of hands-on experience in multiple trades (carpentry, painting, drywall, basic electrical/plumbing preferred)
- Physically able to handle home repair tasks
- Professional appearance, strong customer service skills, and reliable transportation (until company van)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Positive attitude and pride in quality workmanship
- Comfortable using basic technology for job tracking
