• Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Provide assistance, information, and exceptional customer service.
• Lead Conversion
• Engage with customers to understand their needs.
• Answer questions and recommend appropriate services.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Scheduling
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with service professionals.
• Ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Customer Follow-Up
• Confirm appointments.
• Gather customer feedback.

• Record Keeping
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests within our CRM system.
