Compensation

• $850-$950/weekly average bonus opportunities with Saturday work

Responsibilities

• Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and home improvement projects. These can be anywhere from 1 hour to multiple days.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and manage expectations. Collect payment at the end of each job using Square.
• Deliver a premium and consistent customer experience.
• Manage time to effectively meet deadlines.
• Thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Open doors to future work. 70% of our business is repeat business.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Strong ‘multi-skilled’ Handyman background desired
• Strong drywall and carpentry background
• Must have/own ‘day to day’ tools of the trade
• Ability to accurately determine time needed on various tasks and projects
• Strong ability to prioritize and time manage projects
• Comfortable being client facing as needed
• Team player who can work independently
• 7 years of paid professional home improvement experience preferred
