What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remodeling Carpenter Part Time position at Mr. Handyman of Central St. Louis County?
We are looking for a dependable, skilled carpenter experienced in remodeling and property repairs. We have a part time position available for the right person who can work independently as well as in teams. The work involves a variety of small to medium sized home repair, improvement and maintenance projects. We need an additional team member who takes pride in their work and can finish projects on time. Let us know what hours you would like to work and we can set you up with a schedule.
- Work independently
- Install windows and doors, molding and trim
- Repair holes in drywall with hot mud (fast set)
- Fix minor electrical and plumbing issues
- Install ceramic and porcelain tile
- Repair decks and railings
- Perform general home repairs and remodeling
- Work pre-set appointment hours during week and weekends
- Daily and weekly schedule of specific customer projects. Most jobs last from 2 hours to 2 days. Each day can be different from the last.
- Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Bonus Pay
- Steady hours and consistent paycheck direct deposited to your account each Friday.
- Company vehicle (with FT) or mileage paid, material charge card, uniforms and iPad, or alternative arrangements
- Monday - Friday schedule, anywhere between 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday mornings 8 a.m. to ?
