Job description: Grow company operations by targeting new market segments (e.g insurance business, high rise/condo's facility management, etc)
Skills/Qualifications:
- Leadership and supervision
- Oral and written communication
- Sales and customer relations
- Technical (knowledge of maintenance and construction industry)
- Estimating and negotiation skills
- Project and quality management
- Managing budgets and profitability
- Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office
Education/Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service
- BS or BA degree (or equivalent experience)
Compensation: Base salary performance bonuses
