- Managing and distributing information within an office.
- Answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Keeping constant communication with sales team & management.
- Create orders-assemble order packets for pullers- check orders prior to departure.
- Print invoices, labels & create packets for drivers.
- Check in drivers, check all incoming invoices.
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
- Create PO/ receive PO’s.
- Keeping track of inventory.
- High School education or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly Organized and able to determine which tasks are the most important in each list.
- Able to write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
