Job Summary
Help Maintain a team first work environment by training and developing a team of Service Attendants that are committed to Outstanding Customer Service.
Responsibilities
-Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Mr Glow.
-Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep carwash operating to the highest standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
-Delivers Outstanding Customer Service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
-Maintains a safe working environment while ensuring Service Attendants are implementing those practices as well.
-Monitors cash flow, inventory and security control.
-Maintains sales productivity, site appearance, and service quality
