Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times
- Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction
- Process payments accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and issue receipts
- Support team members during busy periods by multitasking across service responsibilities
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm is key!
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
