Front Desk Associate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional customer service and support in processing orders - working in a team setting and reporting to the General Manager.
We are offering full-time positions in our Boca Raton, FL location.
- Customer service skills – positive attitude and professional communication.
- Front Desk / Retail Experience – managing the front desk reception area.
- Cashier duties – processing purchases with a POS system.
- Inventory Management – tagging and bagging clothes.
- Team Support – assist other Associates and the General Manager.
