Mr. Flow Plumbing Inc. is a fast-growing, family-owned plumbing company serving Monterey County and the surrounding communities. We're looking for a motivated Plumbing Helper who wants to learn the trade, work alongside experienced technicians, and build a long-term career in the plumbing industry.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead plumbers with residential plumbing service and installation.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
- Help install water heaters, water filtration systems, fixtures, and piping.
- Assist with drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and sewer camera inspections.
- Dig trenches and perform basic excavation as needed.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites.
- Keep service vehicles clean, stocked, and organized.
- Pick up materials from suppliers when needed.
- Learn proper plumbing techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
QualificationsRequired
- Plumbing experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, trenches, and all weather conditions.
- Valid California Driver License with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
Preferred
- 1 to 3 years of plumbing or construction experience.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
