Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions, process payments efficiently, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation and service areas
- Assist in food handling and basic food preparation to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards
- Support the café’s sales goals by upselling products and promoting new offerings to enhance customer experience
Skills

- Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS for efficient transaction processing

- Knowledge of food safety, food handling, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and daily calculations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills to build positive interactions with customers and team members
