THE ROLE
As a Residential Service Electrician, you will help homeowners throughout the Joplin and Jasper County area with electrical repairs, installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Jobs can range from fixture installation and routine repairs to panel replacement, wiring, and more complex diagnostic work.
You will:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical problems
- Complete repairs and installations safely and to a high standard
- Explain findings and options clearly to homeowners
- Make practical recommendations based on safety, reliability, and the customer’s needs
- Deliver a professional, respectful customer experience
- Identify electrical safety concerns and help customers understand available solutions
- Complete work efficiently without cutting corners
- Use an iPad and field-service software during customer visits

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Have at least 2 years of professional-level electrical experience
- Have hands-on residential troubleshooting experience
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record
- Are comfortable interacting with homeowners throughout the day
- Are dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Can confidently use a tablet and field technology
