What You’ll Do
· Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems
· Provide safe, code-compliant work with strong attention to detail
· Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional service
· Identify customer needs, recommend safety upgrades and smart solutions, and present options clearly so homeowners can make confident decisions
· Support apprentices and teammates by sharing knowledge, coaching in the field, and setting the standard for workmanship, communication, and professionalism
· Leave every home safer, cleaner, and better than you found it
What We’re Looking For
· 5 years of residential electrical experience
· Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred, but not required
· Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
· Proven knowledge of residential electrical systems, troubleshooting, safety practices, and NEC standards
· Comfortable using a tablet, phone, or field service software for job documentation
· Professional appearance, positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong customer communication skills
· Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make sound recommendations
· Ability to safely work in common residential environments, including attics, basements, crawl spaces, ladders, and varying weather conditions
· Able to complete required pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screening
