Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment?
Mr. Electric is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers while helping coordinate schedules, support our field technicians, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
• Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment details and service updates
• Monitor technician schedules and assist with dispatching and routing
• Support same-day schedule changes and operational needs
• Follow up with customers regarding unsold estimates and outstanding concerns
• Maintain accurate customer and job information in our software systems
• Work closely with technicians and office staff to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
