Donut Shop Team Member – Job Summary
We are looking for dependable, friendly, and hardworking team members to join our donut shop. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide friendly, confident customer service.
- Accurately operate the cash register and process customer transactions.
- Prepare and package customer orders quickly and efficiently.
- Multitask during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Wash dishes and keep kitchen equipment clean and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, wiping down counters, taking out trash, and stocking supplies.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using or learning a cash register/POS system.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning and lifting as needed.
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
