What You’ll Do:
This is a customer-facing role. You will be trusted to represent the company and deliver high-end results.
Responsibilities include:
- Interior and exterior vehicle detailing at a professional level
- Following the Mr. Detail system to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Working directly with clients at their home or workplace
- Communicating services clearly and professionally
- Recommending additional services or maintenance plans (no pressure sales)
- Assisting with local marketing efforts (visiting businesses, door hangers, etc.)
- Managing your time, work quality, and client experience independently
Compensation & Earning Potential:
This role is designed for individuals who want to earn more by performing at a higher level.
- $25/hour (full-time, consistent schedule)

Schedule & Work Environment:
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Mobile work (homes, offices, and select locations)
- Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Busier spring and summer seasons
- Tools and supplies will be provided by the company
- Must wear company uniform

Requirements:
- Prior detailing experience REQUIRED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Physically capable of hands-on, detail-oriented work
- Professional communication skills
- Must not own or be affiliated with another detailing business in the Twin Cities
