We want you to join our family! Mr. Dellʼs Foods, LLC is now hiring for a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Floor Technician for 3rd Shift. Applicant must be able to perform a limited variety of physical activities, multitask and problem solve. This position consists of a variety for Food Safety and Quality Assurance duties.

• Monitor and report any food safety, quality, sanitation, security, or operational issues that could adversely affect products or processes.
• Complete, review, and maintain QA documentation and Redzone records, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Verify production, maintenance, shipping/receiving, sanitation, and operational records to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Collect environmental, product, microbiological, and ATP samples; conduct sanitation inspections and audits to verify sanitation effectiveness.
• Inspect raw materials, packaging, dry goods, and finished products to ensure food safety, quality, and specification compliance.
• Perform plant and production audits/walkthroughs to verify adherence to Food Safety, Quality, HACCP, GMP, and company programs.
• Investigate quality and food safety issues, assist with root-cause analysis, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Verify lot codes, production data, and operational information; identify and communicate variances from customer and product specifications.
• Promote compliance with company policies, safe work practices, housekeeping standards, and professional workplace conduct.
• Support plant operations as needed, including handling materials up to 50 lbs. and performing other assigned duties.
• Candidates preferably will have previous Food Safety or Quality Assurance experience.
• Need to be able to multitask and problem solve
