Lawn Care ForemanMr. C's Lawn Care is hiring a dependable, experienced Lawn Care Foreman to help lead our crew in the Memphis area. We are a company focused on quality work, professionalism, and great customer service for residential and commercial properties.About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position. You will work with the crew in the field while helping manage job quality, efficiency, and day-to-day execution. We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in clean work, communicates well, and can help keep jobs moving the right way.Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside lawn care crew members on daily routes
- Ensure properties are serviced with quality and attention to detail
- Handle mowing, edging, weedeating, blowing, hedge trimming, cleanup, and other landscape tasks
- Train new team members on equipment, safety, and job standards
- Monitor crew productivity and help keep jobs on schedule
- Check completed work before leaving each property
- Communicate clearly with management about job progress, issues, and supply needs
- Help maintain equipment, trailers, and tools
- Represent the company professionally on customer properties
Requirements
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor service work
- Experience leading a crew or supervising others preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and materials as needed
- Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
- Good attitude, professionalism, and team mindset
