Responsibilities
- manage automated processes to provide exterior washes of vehicles using professional cleaning equipment and techniques to achieve a streak-free shine.
- Perform facility maintenance to ensure cleanliness and organization across the facility.
- Apply safe work practices when handling cleaning chemicals, equipment, and performing heavy lifting tasks to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness standards by inspecting, touching up, and ensuring all vehicles meet quality expectations before customer pickup.
- Assist with additional auto care services such as windshield chip replacement and repair
Requirements
- Prior experience with auto detailing or auto wash facilities is preferred but not mandatory;
- Knowledge of vehicle paint correction, buffing techniques, and automotive cleaning methods is advantageous.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vehicles and pressure washers.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude that promotes positive interactions with clients.
- Familiarity with safe work practices in an auto detailing environment to ensure safety for yourself and others.
- Valid driving license with experience operating standard passenger cars; familiarity with manual transmissions is a plus.
