Main Responsibilities
- Taking and serving orders with a smile
- Preparing delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Recommending drinks based on customer preferences
- Oversee daily operations of the bar and front of house.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Mixing classic and innovative cocktails
- Communicating professionally and friendly with customers
- Nurturing an exceptional guest experience
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organized
- Checking IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance
Job Requirements
- Previous bartending and leadership experience
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixing
- A bartending certificate is required
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Professional and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts
